With effect from 18 December 2025, applications under priority themes with grant sought NOT exceeding $200,000 shall be submitted in electronic form (e-form) via the QEF Electronic Project Management System (EPMS)

• To submit new applications, applicants shall complete the e-form on EPMS instead of uploading the proposal in PDF format.
• When preparing proposals, applicants may refer to the proposal template provided on the QEF website. The template can be found at the following webpage: https://www.qef.org.hk/en/application_guide/pt_doc.html

Reminder: Unsubmitted draft applications with project details uploaded in PDF format created on the EPMS before 18 December 2025 may continue to be used until 31 March 2026. These draft records will be deactivated on 1 April 2026 if they remain not submitted.
