Application Submission

System Introduction and Trial

EPMSElectronic Project Management System (EPMS)

The Electronic Project Management System was launched in November 2004 with an aim to provide a channel for the education sector and general public to submit their applications and reports to the Quality Education Fund via a secure web-based platform. With the EPMS, users can create and manage their EPMS accounts, submit applications and reports, and contact the responsible project officer via the platform.

EPMSEPMS Trial Website

To facilitate the implementation of application submission and project management through EPMS, a simulation environment is provided to allow users to try out its functions and procedures in advance. Users can submit trial applications through the Trial Website after they have successfully registered an account in the system. When using the Trial Website, please note the following:

  • The original "Applicant ID" of school/organization is not valid in the Trial Website; user has to create a new account in the Trial Website.
  • All information submitted and files uploaded through the Trial Website are only used to test the functions and procedures of the system, they are not valid applications.
  • In order to test the e-mail function properly, users have to enter valid e-mail address in the required fields.
  • Prior to the announcement of the requirements and guidelines for the new call of application, the Trial Website will only display guides and information of the previous call. Users should follow the updated guidelines and requirements when submitting application through the formal EPMS system.
  • User can type in the URL of the Trial Website http://trial.qef-epms.edb.gov.hk/ESC_TRIAL/ to enter the system.
