Based on the advice of Task Force on e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme and endorsed by the QEF Steering Committee, letters have been issued in December 2021 to invite selected grantees of approved QEF projects to apply for the Development and Dissemination (D&D) Scheme.

Selected grantees have been invited to submit a proposal for development and dissemination of deliverables. Projects selected for submission of application under the D&D Scheme do not have priority over projects submitted under the New Project Scheme.
