Quality Education Fund Forum held on 3 July 1999

 The Quality Education Fund (QEF) Forum was held on 3 July 1999 at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. This was the first of such gathering encompassing a wide spectrum of school sector practitioners and related organizations. Guest speakers were invited to present keynote speeches on quality education. Other key issues facing the QEF and the way forward for promoting quality school education were also discussed at the Forum.
