Quality Education Fund Projects Expo

 The QEF Projects Expo was held from 26 February to 1 March 1999 at Hall 5B, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong (Old Wing). The Chief Executive, The Honourable Tung Chee-wah, officiated at the opening ceremony. There were 99 booths, 27 student performances, video shows, a public forum on quality education, 16 seminars on various projects, 23 experience sharing talks and over 100 workshops on information technology.
