Second Quality Education Fund Projects Exposition

 The Quality Education Fund organised the Second QEF Projects Exposition from 7 to 10 April 2000 at Hall 7A, Level 7, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong (Old Wing). The Chief Secretary, Mrs. Anson Chan, GBM, JP, officiated at the opening ceremony. There were over 120 booths, 40 student performances and video shows displaying 210 projects financed by the QEF.
