Dissemination Seminar (4) – Special Education Needs / Effective Learning : Abolishing Communication Barriers in Sign Language and Speech, Supporting Hearing-impaired Students Holistically (14 June 2019)

The Quality Education Fund (QEF) conducts a variety of dissemination activities on a theme basis. QEF has invited Lutheran School for the Deaf to share with us on 14 June 2019 . Please note that the activity will be conducted in Cantonese.
 
The proposal aims at building on the achievements of the applicant's previous QEF project (2010/0500) on provision of standardised sign language vocabulary and continue to conduct activities to enhance the quality of the learning & teaching (L&T) of the education programmes offered by the school to support students with hearing impairment (HI).

 
Kindergarten
Interested kindergartens may visit the Education Bureau Training Calendar System (TCS) ( http://tcs.edb.gov.hk ; Course ID: EI0020190222 ) for details. For enrolment, please submit your on-line application via the TCS on or before 5 June 2019 .
 
Parents
Interested parents may enroll through their schools. Schools should return the enrolment form (downloaded from this homepage) with completed parent information to the QEF Secretariat by fax at 2186 8183 on or before 5 June 2019 .
 
Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis . The acceptance list will be uploaded in this homepage from 10 June 2019 . TCS applicants will also be notified through e-mail by the system. The QEF Secretariat will NOT individually inform non-TCS applicants of the enrolment results.
