QTN Dissemination Seminar (6) – CreaSTEMtivity by Micro:bit (17 June 2019)

The Quality Education Fund (QEF) conducts a variety of dissemination activities on a theme basis. QEF has invited Chinese Y.M.C.A. College to share with us on 17 June 2019 . Please note that the activity will be conducted in Cantonese.
 
The QTN aims at promoting and implementing STEM education in primary schools (General Studies) and secondary schools (Computer Literacy). Through making use of Micro:bit, the QTN targets to enhance students’ knowledge and concepts, generic skills, values and attitudes relevant to each Key Learning Area. Also, to expand a professional exchange network and encourage sharing among schools.

 
Primary / Secondary School
Interested primary / secondary schools principals and teachers may apply online via the Training Calendar System (TCS) of the Education Bureau ( http://tcs.edb.gov.hk/ , course code: EI0020190268 ) on or before 9 June 2019 .
 
Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis . The acceptance list will be uploaded in this homepage from 12 June 2019 . TCS applicants will also be notified through e-mail by the system. The QEF Secretariat will NOT individually inform non-TCS applicants of the enrolment results.
