Dissemination Seminar (1) - Effective Learning: “History and Culture of the Belt and Road Initiative Project” (8 November 2019)

The Quality Education Fund (QEF) conducts a variety of dissemination activities on a theme basis. QEF has invited Hong Kong Chinese Culture Development Association Limited to share with us on 8 November 2019 . Please note that the activity will be conducted in Cantonese.

The project aims at increasing the education sector and parents' understanding of the historical development of the Belt and Road (B & R) countries, cultural exchanges between the East and West, international interdependence; and facilitate their reflection of Hong Kong's role and contribution in the Belt & Road Initiative with a view to enhance HK's integrated competence through talks, quizzes, study tours, radio programmes and publication of a handbook on the Belt & Road Initiative.

 
Primary / Secondary
Interested primary / secondary schools principals and teachers may register on the Education Bureau Training Calendar System (TCS) ( https://tcs.edb.gov.hk/tcs/admin/courses/previewCourse/forPortal.htm?courseId=EI0020190267&lang=en  ; Course ID: EI0020190267 ) on or before 25 October 2019 .
 
Parents
Interested parents may enroll through their schools. Schools should return the enrolment form (downloaded from this homepage) to the QEF Secretariat by fax at 2186 8183 on or before 25 October 2019 .
 
Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. The acceptance list will be uploaded in this homepage from 1 November 2019 . TCS applicants will also be notified through e-mail by the system. The QEF Secretariat will NOT individually inform applicants of the enrolment results.
