Quality Education Fund Dissemination Activities – Life Education: Antiquity Theatre: A Theatre-in-Education Project and Heritage Theatre: Collaboration between Schools and Artists (7 November 2012)

The Quality Education Fund (QEF) conducts a variety of dissemination activities on a theme basis. To raise students’ awareness of conservation on antiquity and cultural heritage, the Hong Kong Drama / Theatre and Education Forum Limited has conducted two QEF projects to enrich students’ knowledge on Hong Kong history. It also organised talks and training workshops to provide teachers with professional support on heritage theatre education. A sharing session will be conducted on 7 November 2012 to present this project and the project leader will share the experiences on the practices.

Teachers and parents are cordially invited to attend. Interested parties may enrol the activity through the following ways. Please note that the activity will be conducted in Cantonese.

Primary and Secondary Schools
Interested primary and secondary schools may visit this homepage ( http://qef.org.hk ) or the Education Bureau Training Calendar System (TCS) ( http://tcs.edb.gov.hk ); Course ID: EI0020120275) for details.    For reservation of seats, please submit your on-line application via the TCS or return the completed enrolment form (downloaded from this homepage) to the QEF Secretariat by fax at 2186 8183 on or before 2 November 2012 . 

Parents
Interested parents may enrol through their schools. Schools should return the enrolment form (downloaded from this homepage) with completed parent information to the QEF Secretariat by fax at 2186 8183 on or before 2 November 2012 .

Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis . Applicants may visit this homepage for checking their enrolment from 6 November 2012 . TCS applicants will also be notified through e-mail by the system. The QEF Secretariat will NOT individually inform non-TCS applicants of the enrolment results.
