Workshop：How to enhance students’ English proficiency through storytelling

How to arouse students’ interest in English and strengthen their reflective ability to enhance their English proficiency has been a major concern to teachers. In the QEF Project, “Sense Kids Yearn (SKY): The Hong Kong Creative Digital Storytelling Project” (Project No.: 2008/0326), a number of primary and secondary schools were invited to participate in the project. Through writing and speaking activities, students’ creativity and English proficiency were raised; teachers’ confidence and competencies of using electronic media and educational tools in English teaching were enhanced.

The quota for each school / organization is 3. If the activity is over-subscribed, only ONE representative from each school / organization will be arranged to attend the dissemination activity.
